It’s Teddy Bo Tuesday and that means new stamps and Teddy Bo Challenge day and this time the challenge is Bling it on. I have used one of the ballerina Bea images that were released last week, she is just the cutest little lady and is blinged up to her eyeballs lol.
I still had that Basic Grey Lily Kate pad out (yep I’m a lazy lump as I had not put anything away lol) so used the pink papers out of there for my card.
I decided to get clever and pleat a strip of pink tulle to match her frilly tutu but the machine nearly went out the window along with the tulle on more than one occasion, why do I do these things to myself?? But I’m glad I persevered as I really like the effect although you can’t really see it in the pictures. The one below is about the best I could get.
Lots of Wild Orchid Crafts flowers on this one, back to the flower overload again – so predictable lol. I used some of the scrummy pink Raffia Ribbon, I really love this stuff!! The doily is also from Wild Orchid Crafts as are those dinky little metal corners. The flowers I used are gypsophila, 8mm semi open roses, 4mm rose buds, 20mm roses, 10mm roses, 15mm roses, sweetheart blossoms and a 30mm wild rose. The little ballet slippers and white pin is from The Ribbon Girl.
The copics colours used are:
Bea: E35, E31, E30 and light umber pencil
Pinks: R85, R83, R81, RV00, RV000, RV0000
I’ll pop this card on eBay later tonight.
