It’s Teddy Bo Tuesday and that means lots of gorgeous (and I mean gorgeous!!) new stamps!! I have used one of my favourites on today’s card, can you guess which one it is from the pic below, and also the colour??? Bet you can lol cuz it’s got to be a no brainer lol. If you haven’t already entered the current challenge on Teddy Bo challenge you still have time, and we are doing a DT call too.
Yep, I went for Ballerina Bea – OMW she is just too stinkin’ cute!! And I went for pink, no surprises there then. I decided to colour the greyscale pencil sketch, there is also one in sepia and a line drawing but I wanted the soft, arty look to match the papers and paint distressing even though I did bring in the old Glamour Dust (a girl as got to have her bling).
When my granddaughter saw this card yesterday (she’s 3) she said Oh la la Mam-mar, Bea’s even more sparkly than me (and that’s saying something, she’s a Lelli Kelly Diva, loves to smother herself in sparklies).
Not many colours were used on this one, R85, R83, R81, RV000 for the pinks, E35, E31, E30 for Bea and BG000, BG0000 for the wings – simples.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts – gardenia, cherry blossoms, 20mm rose,15mm roses, 4mm rose buds and tulips.
The leaves are a Marianne D flower die LR0106 and the paper is from a Tim Holtz pad
